1. Which country do you ship?

A: Currently we only ship to Australia.

 

2. What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We offer following shipping options:

– Flat Shipping without signature required($8)

Flat Shipping with signature required upon arrival($10)

Express Shipping with signature required upon arrival ($14)

For orders over $75, free flat shipping is offered. Please contact 0398002700 or customerservice@mobileessentials.com.au if express shipping is needed (extra $5 applies).

 

3. Can I track my order?

A: Yes, all orders are traceable.

 

4. How long does the shipping normally take?

Weekdays:

If the order is placed before 2:00pm AEST and the stock is available, we can dispatch the product on same day. If the order is placed after 2:00pm AEST and the stock is available, the product will leave the warehouse on the next day.

For flat shipping, it will take 2-6 working days after order dispatched that varies from the destination.

For express shipping, it will take 1-3 working days after order dispatched that varies from the destination.

Weekend:

We dispatch existing orders and send them on Saturday morning. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, we will dispatch them and send them as soon as possible on next Monday.

 

6. Can I change my address?

Yes you can, but only when the parcel has not left the warehouse. Once the parcel left the warehouse, we will send you an email.
